Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from the agreement.
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting for purposes related to a trade, business or profession and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Ongoing contract: a distance contract relating to a series of products or services, where obligations are spread over time.
Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products or services remotely to consumers.
Distance contract: an agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer using remote communication techniques.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms of Service apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before a distance contract is concluded, the text of these Terms of Service will be made available to the consumer electronically or otherwise.
Article 4 – The Offer
Offers are non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.
The offer clearly specifies the total costs of the product, including shipping costs and any additional costs that may be charged by postal or courier services.
Customs duties, import charges, and local taxes imposed by the destination country may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the applicable conditions.
The entrepreneur will confirm acceptance of the order without delay by email.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days after receiving the product, without providing a reason.
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the consumer.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur will refund the payment within 14 days after the withdrawal, provided the returned product has been received and inspected.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Article 7a – Order Cancellation
The consumer may cancel an order within 24 hours after payment free of charge.
After 24 hours, or when the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation fees of 30% to 50% of the purchase amount may apply to cover processing, storage, and administrative costs.
If the order has already been shipped, shipping costs will not be refunded.
The consumer is responsible for being able to demonstrate that the return shipment has been sent. A trackable shipping method is recommended.
Cancellations requested after shipment will be treated as a return and fall under the return conditions described in Articles 6 and 7.
Article 8 – Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
8.1
All goods offered and sold through this website are shipped under the delivery condition Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) as defined under Incoterms 2020.
This means that the customer is solely responsible for all costs and obligations arising from importing the goods into the destination country.
8.2
Such obligations include, but are not limited to:
a) payment of import duties, sales tax, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes;
b) customs clearance costs, including brokerage, inspection, or handling fees imposed by customs authorities or carriers;
c) compliance with local laws, regulations, product restrictions, and certification requirements in the country of delivery.
8.3
The seller does not act as the importer of record for any order.
Legal ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the customer once the order has been shipped.
The entrepreneur is not liable for delays, seizures, refusals, or penalties resulting from the customer's failure to comply with import regulations or pay required charges.
8.4
The entrepreneur provides standard commercial documentation required for international shipping, such as product descriptions and declared values.
However, the entrepreneur does not guarantee that the goods or documentation will meet specific regulatory or technical requirements in the destination country.
The customer is responsible for verifying whether the ordered products may be imported into their country.
8.5
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the entrepreneur harmless from any financial consequences, claims, fines, or costs resulting from the customer's failure to comply with import regulations.
8.6
Customers are advised to contact their local customs authority or review relevant import regulations before placing an order.
Article 9 – Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur ensures that the products supplied conform to the agreement and meet reasonable expectations of quality.
Complaints about product defects must be reported in writing within 14 days after discovery.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Article 10 – Delivery
Orders will be delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
If a delay occurs, the entrepreneur will inform the consumer within 14 days after the order date.
Orders are shipped under conditions where the customer is the recipient and responsible for import-related procedures.
The entrepreneur is not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs procedures or international shipping carriers.
Failure by the customer to comply with import obligations does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Article 11 – Complaint Handling
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the issue has been discovered.
The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days after receiving the complaint.
If additional time is required to resolve the complaint, the entrepreneur will provide an indication of the expected resolution time.
Article 12 – Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
