Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Returns must always be requested in advance and approved by our customer service team before sending any items back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused and unwashed
- All original tags must still be attached
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The item must not contain stains, odors, or signs of use
For hygiene reasons:
- Jewelry and face masks can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened
- Bikinis and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene strip remains intact
If a return does not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process the refund.
Our return department carefully inspects each returned item. If the product does not comply with our return policy, the refund may be refused.
Important Return Information
Returns are processed through our international return center. The return address may be outside the European Union, depending on the return instructions provided by our team.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as the customer is responsible for providing proof of shipment.
If a return shipment cannot be traced, we cannot guarantee that the refund will be processed.
Return Process
To start a return request, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@by-alissa.com with:
- your order number
- the product you wish to return
- the reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once your return request is approved, you have 7 days to ship the item.
- After shipping the item, send us:
- the tracking number
- the tracking link
- a photo of the packaged item (recommended)
- Once the returned item arrives at our return center, it will be inspected to confirm that it complies with our return conditions.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed. If the return is rejected, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are not refunded
- Any paid shipping upgrades or special shipping options are not refundable
- Processing time by your bank or payment provider may vary
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after payment free of charge.
After 24 hours, or once an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If cancellation occurs after processing has begun, cancellation fees of 30–50% may apply to cover preparation, storage, and handling costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Changes
Order details such as color, size, or shipping address may be modified within 24 hours after placing the order.
After this time, changes may no longer be possible as the order may already be in processing or shipment.
Return Packaging
Returned items must be securely packaged and sent back in the original packaging.
Products that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions to Returns
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom-made products
- Certain accessories
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
Color differences caused by screen settings or lighting conditions are not considered valid reasons for a free return.
Warranty
All products are covered by the legal warranty. This means the product should function as reasonably expected.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
